[Fanfiction] INTIMACY - Chapter 8

Chapter 8

Clara ran down the stairs.

- Clara. - Marina called, running after her wrapped in her sheet.

- Clara.

- Clara!! – Marina’s voice mingled with Cadu’s.

- Clara! - Clara opened her eyes to see Cadu staring at her. - Get up, Ivan will be late for school. What happened? You never overslept before.

Clara looked at Cadu confused.

- Clara. Are you okay?

She smiled. It had all been just a dream.

- I’m great. – She sat up. - I just had a nightmare.

- Thank God I woke you up then, right, my love? Now rush, Ivan is already waiting for you.

- You’re right, thanks, Cadu.

Clara went to the photographer’s house and Vanessa was the first one she saw. She looked at her, furious. "It was just a dream, Clara." She thought, looking away as she approached her. But she knew very well that if it were for Vanessa it would be a reality. And that it was once indeed a reality. She passed the redhead without a word.

- Good morning to you too, Clarinha. – She said ironically and turned away. – God!
Clara wanted to throw her in the pool. She wanted to make Vanessa pay for keeping her eye on what was hers. Only that Marina wasn’t hers. Yet.

When she entered the studio, she realized just how late she was, Marina was already shooting. She took pictures of models while Flavinha threw paint on them. It looked really fun. It would be super fun if Marina wasn’t still so sad. She watched her beloved for a while, feeling proud of her. "It was just a dream." She sighed relieved.

Wordlessly, Clara hugged Marina from behind, trying to convey everything she felt for her, and also the immense relief. She nuzzled Marina’s neck, inhaling her.

- Good morning, Clarinha - Marina said, actually happy this time, turning her face to try to see Clara’s, who was still holding her close. That hug even made her forget a little bit everything that had happened and how upset she was. She turned around and hugged her again. - Wow, what do I need to do to win a hug like this every day? – She laughed.

- Just ask, silly. - Clara was serious. She was very happy to see that smile again. A smile that had nothing to do with Vanessa. - Sorry to interrupt your work. - Clara laughed, feeling shy, and released her. - I want to talk to you later. – She looked deep into her eyes.

- Okay. – Marina was serious and curious. She gave Clara a tight hug again. - I missed you so much. – She confessed softly. Knowing that Clara didn’t feel the same for her wouldn’t suddenly change her feelings.

- Me too, my angel. – Marina smiled. - Oh, my! You’re full of ink, look at this! - She touched Marina gently on the cheek which had red paint, while Marina got lost in her eyes.

Flavinha watched the scene curiously. She liked to see her friend happy again, but they had a job to do and she knew that she had to get Marina back to reality.

- Marina? Can we go on?

- Oh, of course. Sorry, girls. It's all Clarinha’s fault. – She said playfully with the camera already in place.

Clara began helping Flavinha with models, but she never took her eyes from Marina. She noticed how she worked different now than a few minutes ago. Marina was reinvigorated.

- Thanks, girls! - Marina said ending the session.

- Marina, this session was amazing, this idea of the colors was perfect. - Clara was excited, her eyes shining. – Can’t wait to see these photos.

- Me either. It was so much fun.

- It really was, look ... - she said smiling and pointing to Marina who was all dirty with ink. – You look like a child.

Marina took some fresh ink from her arm and passed it on Clara’s chin - I'll take a shower. - She turned.

- Marina. - Clara called, holding her arm.

Marina looked at Clara's hand on her arm, and said softly.

- I know, you want to talk. – She took Clara’s hand - Come up with me. – Her face was serious.

Clara's eyes widened, but she nodded.

- You can wait in my room. - Marina completed.

They went up the stairs with their fingers loosely intertwined. Vanessa looked at them, angry.

- I just hope this talk doesn’t get in the way of our lunch.. again.

Clara sighed annoyed while Marina answered her.

- The session is over, Vanessa. You can go to lunch, no need to wait for us.

Clara couldn’t help the smile directed at the redhead.

Clara sat on the bed.

- Be right back. - Marina said, kissing her hand before releasing it.

While Marina was in the shower, Clara kept thinking of what she was going to say. She hadn’t even thought about it, all she knew was that she wanted to talk to her, she needed to. She was now nervous, rubbing her hands.

Not long after, Marina opened the bathroom door. She came out in a towel that was halfway down her thighs, running her hands through wet hair.

- Took too long?

Clara looked at her, gaping. Marina was wrapped in a towel and her hair was all wet and messed up and, still, she looked stunning. Clara watched water dripping from her hair down her neck towards her cleavage. She swallowed, felt her hands getting cold and that fire Marina lit on her so easily.

- Clara? - Marina turned her back and didn’t notice Clara’s look.

- Yes, wh- what? – She stuttered.

- Nothing. – Marina smiled.

Clara looked at Marina, expecting her to drop the towel. She thought she should look away, but decided not to. What for? She couldn’t pretend she didn’t want to see, and Marina didn’t mind it. When she saw the towel go down to the photographer’s feet, she bit her lower lip, as usual. But this time with more strength, as it forcing her to keep quiet. She realized her labored breathing, seeing a few more drops going down the entire length of Marina’s back. "My God." She thought, while watching Marina looking for what to wear. She ended up choosing a red panties and a loose black dress. While Marina climbed her panties up her legs, Clara felt her mouth going dry. She crossed her legs trying to calm down what was throbbing, but it didn’t help much. She held her hands on her thighs trying to keep cool. But she couldn’t do it. Clara took a deep breath and used her hands to cover her face.

- Are you okay? - Marina asked, taking her hands, already dressed up.

- I’m okay, I’m fine.

- You don’t look fine, Clarinha. You look nervous. - Marina continued holding her hand.

- It's nothing.

- Okay. You wanted to talk?

- First, what is that with Vanessa watching over you all day? Jesus!

Marina laughed. - I'm used to it, but you're right. It sucks. – She did that cute grimace.

- She hates me.

- You know Vanessa is jealous to death of you.

- You ... you two have a story, right?

- No. – She was serious. - We had. A long time ago.

- So why this sudden anger and all this jealousy?

- Because she knows she never meant to me what you do. – She said and lay on the bed next to where Clara was still sitting.

- And what do I mean to you, Marina? – She asked, feeling shy.

Marina looked up at her smiling, ready to give one of those speeches, but then she remembered that Saturday morning and looked at the ceiling, sighing.

- You know, Clara.

- But tell me. I like to hear you saying it. – She confessed.

Marina looked at her with a smile of torture.

- Oh, Clara, you ... you're the most amazing person I have ever met. You’re simple and unique, at the same time. So transparent. – She looked deeply into her eyes. - Your eyes, Clara .. they say it all. And that's perfect, you are true. You’re real. You do everything with so much love. You look at people with so much love. You have a life inside of you, this light .. - Marina gestured while Clara stared at her - You carry this huge energy, that is probably not safe to keep looking. – She laughed - But it is impossible not to look, Clara. Ever since I met you, I couldn’t see anyone else anymore. - Marina closed her eyes and felt a tear running down her face. Clara saw it, tearing up. – It’s impossible to be nonchalant to your greatness. – She knelt in front of Clara. - You -. She looked at her, speechless. - You are ... - She looked into Clara’s eyes again. Both in tears. - I tried, Clarinha. I tried not to look at you that way. - She was crying now. - But you're all I ever wanted. – She leaned her forehead against Clara’s and closed her eyes. – Except mine.

Upon hearing the last sentence, Clara let out a sob of crying, and used her thumbs to wipe Marina’s tears.

- Marina, I .. I need to tell you ...

- No, Clara. You don’t owe me anything, you don’t need to explain anything to me. I know. I get it. – She tried to get away.

- No. - Clara said holding her face. - I need to. I owe you so much, Marina.

Marina looked at her, confused. Then looked away.

- I owe you at least the truth. - Marina frowned, confused once again. - I can’t. - Clara hugged her. - I can’t see you so sad. It hurts me so much. – She closed her eyes, and breathed in her hair, feeling Marina give her a light kiss on her shoulder - She pulled her closer, sighing. Clara was silent for a while seeking the courage to say what she meant. What she had to. The she said it. Whispered in Marina’s ear. - I .. I .. I'm so in love with you, Marina.

Marina's body stiffened. For a second, she didn’t move, her eyes widened. She couldn’t believe what she had just heard. She backed away, seeking Clara’s eyes, looking for answers. And she found fear and sincerity. Marina smiled, approaching her once again. Clara was now staring at the bed.

- Do you mean it? Are you serious? – She lifted Clara’s face.

Marina slid her finger up to Clara’s chin, coming closer to her. - She looked at Clara's lips, and then looked at her eyes. Marina then closed the distance between them kissing her lips. Lightly, barely touching. She waited for Clara to push her. But that didn’t happen.

Clara was so stunned that she hadn’t kissed her back, she didn’t even remember to breathe.

Since Clara didn’t pull away, Marina moved her hand to the back of her neck and pulled her closer, deepening the kiss, while still keeping it soft. And yes, this time, she felt Clara kissing her back. And smiled. She felt so happy, that joyful happiness. And she had no intention of stopping.

Marina used her free hand to pull Clara's waist, while she brushed the tip of her tongue on the assistant’s lips, asking for entrance. And she got it.

Feeling the taste and warmth of Marina’s tongue, Clara moaned. Not only due to her arousal, but also due to the deep pleasure that her whole body felt as she was finally tasting the one she wanted for so long. The fact that she was kissing another woman for the first time didn’t cross her mind. All she knew was the she was kissing Marina for the first time.

As wonderful as that moment was, the two needed to breathe. Marina broke the kiss first, smiling and giving her beloved an Eskimo kiss. But Clara wanted more. She pulled Marina by her shoulders, finding her lips again. And this time, with more passion than love, more pressure, despair even. And it was Marina’s turn to lose control.

Slowly, Marina lay Clara on the bed, laying on top of her. She let her lips explore the brunette. First, kissing her bottom lip and pulling it between her teeth. Then kissing her chin, her jaw and down her neck, where she brushed her teeth before sucking lightly.

- Marina .. - Clara moaned.

Marina kissed Clara’s shoulder. Her hand caressed her face as her lips kissed her collarbone and she put her leg between Clara’s. Before going lower, she rose again and kissed Clara passionately while she pressured her knee against her center. Clara was already wet from having witnessed Marina dress, she couldn’t hold back for much longer.

- Marina ... – she groaned between kisses.

Marina went down again. They looked into each other’s eyes and Clara smiled and ran her hand through Marina’s hair.

Marina used her hands to lift Clara’s shirt and bent to kiss her belly. Clara felt her whole body tremble and the muscles of her abdomen contract. At that same time, she felt her commitment ring cling to the photographer’s hair, as a reminder, and gathered all the strength she could.

- Marina .. .stop - She held her hand and Marina looked at her confused.

- We can’t, Marina. I can’t. - Marina started to back away, but Clara didn’t let her – We can’t yet. – She hugged her again - Not yet. "God, you will drive me crazy." She thought.

Marina snuggled Clara and they stayed like that, until she fell asleep.
